I’ve been working at SiteGround for a while now. Eight years to be precise. I can safely say that SiteGround is one of the world’s best web hosting providers but as you may rightfully guess, good web hosting and good web design usually don’t sit together in one sentence. For years our website wasn’t looking good.
In the middle of 2012 our company decided to make a big re-branding step. This meant redesigning our website too. A year later the new SiteGround was completed and receiving a lot of praise from our clients. Although SiteGround.com became faster, more good-looking and overall more modern, it had other issues – for example, it wasn’t responsive.
In the end of 2014 we began a massive face-lift which affected every single page on the website. Both the design and the code were completely revised and in the spring of 2015 the new, responsive version of SiteGround went live. From this moment every single task related to site support became easier and faster to produce.
